KT Music is a small, passionately run agency specialising in booking, management and consulting. Quality comes before quantity, personal support before profit-orientated structures, target-oriented processes before unnecessary formalities.

With a deliberately small artist roster, the agency attaches great importance to personalised support, unbureaucratic processes and maximum reliability. The aim is to be a competent and supportive partner for both artists and promoters in order to create unforgettable musical moments together.

"I'm Cathy, founder and owner of KT Music. Over two decades ago, I took my first innocent steps in the music business as a guitarist. Over the years, this passion has become increasingly important in my life.

My affinity for planning and organisation, as well as a large dose of curiosity, led me to immerse myself further and further into the music business. Various roles behind the scenes at concerts and festivals, as well as show management and presenting, gave me new perspectives on the entertainment industry. I took on my first booking mandate in 2023 and successfully completed the SLM Music Business Manager diploma course in July 2024 - the starting shot for KT Music.

With KT Music, I act as a link between artists and promoters, pass on my experience to musicians and keep their backs free so that they can concentrate on what they love again: Making music."
